Pay a visit to the Independence Memorial Museum, which gives an important insight into the country's anticolonial and independence struggle, and spend some time in the National Museum of Namibia to learn more about san rock paintings, especially meaningful if you plan to visit Twyfelfontein.
Admire German architecture
A focal point of Windhoek's cityscape, Christuskirche is a well-known landmark and still holds German-language services on Sundays.
