No hidden extras: Our fully escorted small group tours include all accommodation, entrance fees, guided excursions and all – or nearly all - meals. Everything mentioned in the itinerary is included unless very clearly stated otherwise, offering full transparency.

Peace of mind: As an award-winning travel company with a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot, you can enjoy peace of mind when booking with us. Our Flexible Booking Promise means you have the right to transfer without any transfer fee, from any of our small group trips at ANY time if your trip is not yet guaranteed. Furthermore, if a destination becomes unviable due to circumstances such as changes in FCDO travel advice, you will be entitled to a fee-free transfer to a different departure date, a different tour altogether or you can choose to receive a full refund.

FLEXIBLE BOOKING PROMISE

  • You will have the right to transfer without any transfer fee, from any of our trips at ANY time if your trip is not yet guaranteed* 
  • We will not ask you to pay your final balance if your trip is not yet guaranteed. 
  • If your trip is not guaranteed by 8 weeks prior to departure at the latest, you can cancel your holiday and either transfer your funds to another trip without any amendment fees, or have a full refund which you will receive within 14 days of cancellation. 

* While Wild Frontiers will not charge any admin fees, some changes may still be subject to third party transfer fees, such as those imposed by airlines, which lay outside of our control and will be passed on. 

Wild Frontiers holds ATOL and ABTOT licences which means that all your money is fully protected when your book with us, so you can rest assured that your money is in safe hands. Further information can be found here
